Things I have found in my wanderings...
September 14, 2006: Note that all of these links are from many years ago. At this time, I'm just going
through and link-checking them all. I will totally revamp this section "soon"
Take a Touch of Humor ...
- This space intentionally left blank until I can replace all the defunct links with new ones. :P
My own tastes range from Celtic to new Age to Metal to Alternative. I'll
flesh out this section with more of my favorites, once I find good websites
for them.
- Green Linnet
- a must-visit site for any Celtic music fans out there.
- This link to House of Ireland may
be a bit misplaced, but I can't figure out where else to put it. It contains
anything/everything Irish, from music to Waterford Crystal.
- The Narada site
includes some great samples of some of their New Age and Celtic offerings.
- Lest you think all my music tends towards Celtic folk, check out
this page for Nine Inch
Nails information!
- I lapsed in following them for several years when they changed lead singers,
but I have to admit that I enjoy both the old and the "new" Marillion.
- Got the words to a song running through your head, but can't place it?
Check the international lyrics
site to search for the song it came from ... as long as you can wade
through the now-German menus!
For my plethora of pagan friends out there, here's some links that you might
want to check out...
- COG (Covenant of the Goddess)
also has some amazing Celtic artwork.
- Crystal Sands,
etc. A Pagan Playground! has lots of things I've considered as gifts
for my more eclectic friends. One of my poems was featured in one of their
offline Catazines several years ago.
- It was hard to decide if this should go in the pagan or Renaissance section.
The Enchanted Glyph
has great pagan links and some wonderful custom jewelry that
is great for everyday, or to go with your favorite Ren Faire garb, etc.
- Tara Hill Designs
has handcrafted wood rune sets, talisman pendants, and other rune and Norse-related
products.
Sending someone an
electronic card is a great way to spice up their day.
